After the success of our participation in Young Voices last year, we are attending again in 2016! We now have 52 children in our school choir and we are getting excited about another fantastic experience. Please see below the audio files of the new songs for our children to practice. On the 19th January our school choir joined over 5,000 other children to take part in the Young Voices concert at the Sheffield arena. The choir had spent a number of months working hard to learn the song words and dance moves. They also fundraised £700 to fund the coach transport, t-shirts and torches. Helping Hands kindly agreed to match fund the target to help us reach our target – a big thank you to them!

The children had an incredible time. They performed brilliantly throughout and were a real credit to the school. In addition to the Young Voices Choir performances, there were also performances from Lucy Spraggan, Mic Lowry, Tom Millington and Urban Strides dance crew.
