History

History Leader Mr. Wright

History is taught each term, alternating with Geography. Children will learn to understand the past and present. Throughout school, children will learn about changes over time, and explain how people and events in the past have influenced life today. 

By the end of their time at Barkston Ash, the children will have a obtained a broad knowledge of different time periods and significant individuals throughout history.
